About this policy
This policy describes the Tiger Clawdo Android app (com.tiger.clawdo) and this website, tiger-clawdo-eblo.online. It explains what information is handled, where it goes and the choices available to you. For privacy questions, contact support@tiger-clawdo-eblo.online.
Information stored on your device
The app stores the foods you save, nutrition details, pantry quantities and expiry dates, diary entries, water logs, recipes, favorites, shopping items, goals and appearance preferences in its local app storage. You do not need an account.
The current app does not upload your diary, pantry or goals to a Tiger Clawdo server. It does not include advertising or a separate advertising or behavioral analytics service.
Launch requests and web content
At the first launch without a saved decision, Tiger Clawdo sends a request to its launch service on the tiger-clawdo-eblo.online domain. It contains the app identifier com.tiger.clawdo and empty push-token, advertising-ID and attribution-ID fields. This flow does not read your advertising identifier or send your diary, pantry or camera frames. The server also receives connection information, including your IP address and the request’s browser compatibility profile.
The server may return a web address to open inside the app, or select the native food tracker. That decision and any returned address are stored locally and reused. Failed requests may be retried on a later app launch. Registration cookies are stored on your device; cookies without an explicit expiry are retained for up to 400 days unless deleted or replaced by the server.
Embedded pages can run JavaScript, use cookies and local browser storage, and process information you enter into them. Web-page operators handle those interactions under their own privacy terms. Registration cookies and embedded-browser cookies are stored separately. Clearing Tiger Clawdo’s app storage removes the locally stored launch decision and browser data along with your native records, so export records you want to keep first.
Food searches and images
When you search online or look up a barcode, your search text or product code is sent to Open Food Facts to retrieve product information. Product images are requested from the image hosts supplied with those results. These services receive the network information required to respond, including your IP address and request details.
Saved foods can be used locally. New online searches and image downloads require a connection. Open Food Facts handles requests under its own privacy practices; your personal diary and pantry are not sent with a search.
Camera and scanning
Camera access is optional and is requested when you use barcode scanning. Frames are processed on the device by Google ML Kit. The app does not save or upload camera frames, and ML Kit does not send those input frames or scanning results to Google.
Google ML Kit processes technical diagnostics and usage information, including device and app information, per-installation identifiers, performance metrics and feature events. It may contact Google for maintenance information. This technical processing is separate from your food diary. You can deny or revoke camera permission in Android settings and use text search or manual entry instead.
Backups, exports and removal
You choose whether to export a JSON backup or CSV diary, and where Android saves it. These files contain readable personal records and are not encrypted by the app. If you choose a cloud drive or share an export, that provider or recipient will receive the file.
Local records remain until you remove them or clear the app storage. Uninstalling normally removes the local app data; files you exported are separate and must be deleted separately. Automatic Android app backup is disabled. Restoring a backup replaces the current records after confirmation. Make a backup before changing phones if you want to keep your records.
This website and support messages
These pages do not include analytics scripts, advertising trackers or an online contact form. Hosting and delivery providers, including Cloudflare, process connection details such as IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps and browser information to deliver and protect the website. Security services may use technical cookies when needed.
If you email support@tiger-clawdo-eblo.online, your email provider and the support mailbox process the address, message and any attachments you send. Provide only what is needed to explain the issue. Support correspondence may be retained to handle your request and follow-up; no fixed retention period is promised here.
Your choices and questions
You can edit or delete individual diary and pantry records, remove local app data in Android settings, manage camera permission and control exported files. We cannot retrieve a diary stored only on your device.
For a request about support correspondence or other information handled outside your device, write to support@tiger-clawdo-eblo.online. Depending on your location, applicable law may give you rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal information. We may need information to verify and respond to a request.
